Wu-Tang’s Mathematics Returns with “Mandigo” and New Album “Black Samson, The Bastard Swordsman”

Legendary Wu-Tang DJ and producer Mathematics is back with “Mandigo,” the explosive first single from his upcoming album, Black Samson, The Bastard Swordsman. This release marks a bold new addition to The Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues… collection, cementing his status as one of hip-hop’s most formidable sonic architects.

“Mandigo” brings together Wu-Tang powerhouses Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, Method Man, and Cappadonna, who deliver razor-sharp verses over Mathematics’ raw, hard-hitting production, co-produced with RZA. This track embodies the classic Wu-Tang energy—gritty, unfiltered, and unstoppable.

To elevate the experience, “Mandigo” arrives with a groundbreaking AI-powered music video, pushing visual storytelling to the next level.

On April 12, Mathematics will release a collector’s dream: a 2LP audiophile-grade vinyl exclusively for Record Store Day 2025. Limited to just 5,000 copies, each edition features a unique cover blending hip-hop history with mythology and striking visual art. The album will then be available worldwide on April 25, 2025.
