Starting on July 26, Snoop will be on-site, delivering regular reports on the Olympic Primetime Show.
The announcement, made during the New Year’s Eve Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings game, was met with excitement. Snoop, who grew up watching the Olympics, expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity in a statement, saying, “It’s a celebration of skill, dedication, and the pursuit of greatness.” He promised to bring his signature Snoop style to the mix and anticipated an epic Olympics, urging fans to stay tuned for unforgettable moments.
Having previously reported for NBC during the Tokyo Olympics four years ago, Snoop is no stranger to the role. In a brief video teaser shared on Instagram, the “Gin and Juice” rapper showcased his excitement, dancing in front of the Eiffel Tower, confirming his official participation in the Paris 2024 Olympics.
During the Paris Games, Snoop will engage in discussions about the event with NBC Olympics host Mike Tirico, offering his unique take on the happenings in Paris.
