North West is officially stepping into her own spotlight with the release of her debut EP N0rth4evr, a six-track project that introduces the 12-year-old as both a performer and producer. The EP marks a bold and self-driven entry into the music industry.
What makes N0rth4evr stand out isn’t just the early age of its creator, it’s the level of control behind the scenes. North handles all vocals and production across the entire project, crafting a sound that leans into experimental textures and unconventional structure. The six-track offering includes “H0w Sh0uld ! f33l,” “D!e,” “#N0rth4evr,” “Th!s t!m3,” “W0ah,” and “Aishite (愛して),” each reflecting her evolving artistic identity and willingness to push creative boundaries.
The EP arrives alongside a visual for its title track, “#N0rth4evr,” directed by Ty Akimoto and Mack Ishida. The video brings a cinematic edge to the self-produced record, adding another layer to the project’s rollout and reinforcing North’s hands-on approach to her artistry.
N0rth4evr serves as her first full body of work following the release of her single “PIERCING ON MY HAND” earlier this year. It also sets the stage for her upcoming performance at Summer Smash, where she’s scheduled to hit the stage on June 12.
As the daughter of global icons Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, expectations are naturally high, but with N0rth4evr, North West makes it clear she’s carving her own lane, on her own terms.
