Mobile, Alabama rapper NoCap is continuing to build anticipation for his next chapter with the release of his new single, “Angels Smile,” the third offering from his forthcoming studio album, Heaven on Mars.
Available now on major streaming platforms, “Angels Smile” follows previously released singles “Leverage” and “Basic Burner,” giving fans another preview of the project ahead of its scheduled October 2 release.
The upcoming album marks NoCap’s first full-length project since BEFORE I DISAPPEAR AGAIN, released in June 2024. While fans have waited for his next cohesive album, the RIAA Platinum-certified rapper has maintained his presence through standalone releases, including “Fine Shit” and “Planet Out.”
NoCap has built his reputation on a distinctive blend of melodic delivery, intricate wordplay, and emotionally charged storytelling. His music often balances hard-earned perspective with vulnerability, allowing him to connect with listeners through records that feel both personal and grounded in his experiences.
That approach has helped establish him as a consistent presence in modern hip-hop. With more than one billion YouTube views and Platinum-certified records such as “Ghetto Angels” and “Vaccine,” NoCap enters this album cycle with an established catalog and a dedicated fan base.
His live appeal has also translated into headline tours, with strong audiences in markets including Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, and Charlotte.
With Heaven on Mars, NoCap is looking to build on that foundation while reaching new listeners. “Angels Smile,” alongside “Leverage” and “Basic Burner,” provides an early look at the direction of the project and the emotional depth that has become central to his sound.
As anticipation grows for the album, NoCap is positioning this new chapter as an opportunity to expand his reach without losing the storytelling and melodic identity that brought fans to his music in the first place.
Heaven on Mars is scheduled for release October 2.
