Bay Area native LARRENWONG releases his latest and most personal project to date with 4th & Long, marking a bold evolution from professional football player to rising R&B sensation. The self-taught, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist channels years of athletic discipline into an ambitious body of work showcasing his evolution as both songwriter, producer, and all around freshest face in R&B. 4th & Long is out now on all streaming platforms as well as a video for the Craig David inspired focus track “7 Days.”

This project is my way of telling my story—bridging where I’ve been with where I’m going—while continuing to evolve my sound. LARRENWONG kicks off 4th & Long with a striking visual homage to R&B history. The lead single, “7 Days” reimagines Craig David’s iconic 2000s hit through a fresh lens, with LARREN delivering a magnetic performance that bridges nostalgic R&B with contemporary West Coast flair. The video captures his easy-on-the-eyes presence, blending sophisticated cinematography with raw energy to create a visual experience that honors the original while carving out its own distinct identity in today’s R&B landscape.

4th & Long emerges as LARRENWONG’s most intimate musical statement yet, drawing deep from his Bay Area roots and dual cultural heritage. His unique blend of Filipino and Black influences infuses every track with authentic perspective, creating a sound that’s distinctly his own. The EP masterfully weaves together the pressure-filled moments of fourth-quarter decisions with life’s crucial crossroads, exploring the tension between instant gratifications and lasting achievement.
