Cardi B just picked up another courtroom victory in her long-running legal battle with blogger Tasha K.

During a recent federal bankruptcy hearing, a judge ruled in Cardi’s favor after determining Tasha K violated parts of their settlement agreement tied to the rapper’s original defamation lawsuit victory back in 2022.

According to reports, the judge ordered certain content involving Cardi B to be removed and also issued financial sanctions against both Tasha K and her attorney. The hearing reportedly lasted several hours and centered around claims that Tasha continued discussing Cardi and members of her family online despite a non-disparagement agreement connected to the settlement.

That agreement became part of the structured repayment plan after Tasha K filed for bankruptcy following Cardi’s nearly $4 million defamation win.

Following the hearing, Tasha addressed the loss during a livestream, admitting the ruling didn’t go her way while saying she still plans to move forward. She also revealed both she and her attorney were fined after issues surfaced involving legal citations submitted in recent court filings.

Meanwhile, Cardi appeared to react online shortly after the hearing, posting a cryptic message to Instagram Stories that read, “it’s all fun and games til the brim.”

At this point, the legal back-and-forth between Cardi and Tasha K has stretched across multiple years, but this latest ruling makes one thing clear:

The court still expects the original agreement to be followed.
