Flint, Michigan rapper Babyfxce E is showing no signs of slowing down. Following a breakout year filled with major recognition, a critically acclaimed debut album, sold-out tour dates and his selection for the XXL Freshman Class of 2026, the rising artist is keeping the momentum alive with his latest single, “Never Ending Run.”

Released via Atlantic Records, “Never Ending Run” arrives as another high-energy showcase of the style and lyrical agility that have quickly made Babyfxce E one of the names to watch in hip-hop. The breakneck track continues an impressive run for the Flint native, who has spent much of 2026 establishing himself as one of the Midwest’s emerging voices.

The single is accompanied by an official music video directed by Mali, adding a visual component to a release designed to keep Babyfxce E’s momentum moving forward.

The timing of “Never Ending Run” comes shortly after Babyfxce E earned one of hip-hop’s most recognizable honors by being named to XXL’s Freshman Class of 2026. The selection placed him alongside a new generation of artists making noise across the culture and gave the Flint rapper another major platform to demonstrate his skills.

He followed the announcement with “Bussin,” continuing to build on the attention surrounding his Freshman selection.

But Babyfxce E’s current run began well before the XXL recognition. Earlier this year, he released his debut studio album, Da Realest, a project that earned praise from Pitchfork for recreating the atmosphere that has defined Flint’s streets and airwaves over the past decade.

The album also helped establish Babyfxce E as an artist capable of representing his hometown while developing a sound that reaches well beyond Michigan.

Following the release of Da Realest, Babyfxce E took the project on the road for the Da Realest Tour. The headline run featured sold-out performances in major markets including Detroit, Kansas City, Denver, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia and New York. Several venues were upgraded because of demand, providing another indication of the growing audience behind the Flint rapper.

His 2026 momentum had already caught the attention of major hip-hop outlets before the XXL announcement. Billboard included Babyfxce E among its “15 Hip-Hop, Caribbean and R&B Artists to Watch in 2026,” while Complex named him among its “26 Rappers To Watch Out For In 2026.”

Babyfxce E has also continued proving that his reputation isn’t based solely on recorded music. His performance resume this year includes a standout “Lunch Break Freestyle” for Lyrical Lemonade TV, an energetic performance of “Blackout” on ripe—tanjerines, and appearances on On The Radar, including the platform’s All Star Cypher and Kai Cenat’s Mafiathon 3.

That combination of recorded music, live performances and freestyle showcases has helped make Babyfxce E one of the more compelling young artists coming out of Flint.

With “Never Ending Run,” he adds another chapter to what has quickly become a defining year. The track captures the urgency behind his current movement: there is no time to slow down when the doors are finally opening.

From Da Realest to the XXL Freshman stage and now “Never Ending Run,” Babyfxce E is turning recognition into momentum—and momentum into a career that appears to be just getting started.
