Why was “3 AM” the right single to drop?

Kream: Well, last year we performed at our university, Fort Valley State, and 3 AM was always a track that made the vibes right wherever we were. The song was recorded years back and still has that timeless feel, so it was just right.

2. How do you decide who does what on a track?

Kuntree: The vibe- we are so similar but different from each other; the vibe of the record lets us know who does the hook, who has the first verse, intro, etc. It’s all about the vibe.

3 Did you know this song would have that late-night, club feel while you were making it?

Kream: Funny thing is, we recorded the song originally in the middle of the night, around 3 AM, so it was natural.

4 How has Atlanta influenced your sound?

Kuntree: The South in general influences us, not necessarily Atlanta; the whole point is to bring a sound to the game that’s been a missing piece. We don’t sound anything like what Atlanta is doing right now and that’s on purpose.

5. What do you look for when picking a beat?

Kream: Honestly, I listen for mood. With the music we make, we want the audience to not only resonate with it but to feel good too, that’s what we provide.

6. What was your favorite part about making the video?

Kuntree: Shoooott, probably when I was in the chair for my verse, on some Ludacris type vibe, just being silly, enjoying myself.

7. What’s it been like working with Game Tite Records?

Kream: Well, we are signed to OCEA Entertainment; Game Tite is an entity that has been focal in helping with our promotion, but it’s respect there. Shoutout to the home team COG Entertainment.

8. What can fans expect from you after “3 AM”?Is there an album or EP on the way?

Kuntree: We are currently working on our debut album; details will be provided soon. Right now we’re gearing up to drop our second single and lead single for the album, so be on the lookout for that REALLY REALLY SOON; it’s goin down
