Kodak Black Arrested in Florida on Drug Trafficking Charge

Kodak Black is back dealing with legal issues after being arrested Wednesday in Florida on a drug trafficking charge tied to an older case.

Per Cohen, the arrest was part of a coordinated surrender related to a November 2025 traffic stop involving a vehicle Kodak wasn’t even riding in alone. Authorities allegedly discovered several items during the search, including a bottle of prescription cough syrup that reportedly carried Kodak’s fingerprint.

His legal team believes the trafficking charge has little standing and expects the case to be resolved.
