Inside House of Hits Presented by Billboard: Babyface Honored, Clipse Reflect on Legacy

Grammy Week came alive at the House of Hits Powered by Billboard, a two-day cultural conversation that brought legacy, hit-making, and storytelling together in an intimate, high-impact setting produced by Global Music Touring.

Day 1 centered on defining legacy, as Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox led a powerful conversation honoring the legendary Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds. The trio reflected on decades of timeless records, career-defining moments, and the stories behind some of the most influential hits in R&B history. Billboard Senior director, Carl Lamarre, also led conversations with Fam-Lay known for his notable work and production credits with The Neptunes, Clipse, and more.

Day 2 shifted the lens to hip-hop with the iconic, Grammy-nominated duo Clipse, Pusha T & Malice, who sat down with Billboard for an open conversation about their career highs, groundbreaking records, time in the industry, their faith and the cultural influence that continues to define their legacy. The intimate setting allowed for candid reflections connecting past, present, and future in real time.

Other notable guests in attendance included Jo Koy, Devon Franklin, Stephen Hill, Steve Rifkind, Mayor Phillip Jones, Global Music Touring Co-Founders Antonio Dowe &  and more.

Guests enjoyed curated cocktails by Crown Royal Marquis and Lalo Tequila, alongside Marathon Burger, and an elevated caviar station by Cavi Morii bringing luxury hospitality to match the caliber of conversation.

Across both days, the House of Hits delivered exactly what its name promises: culture, legacy, and meaningful dialogue captured and amplified through Billboard’s platform during one of the biggest weeks in music.
