Lil’ Kim Set To Perform This Weekend At Rescheduled AIDS Walk Atlanta Fundraiser

Rap icon Lil’ Kim is set to perform at the 33rd annual AIDS Walk Atlanta Music Festival and 5K Run, now rescheduled for Saturday, October 19, 2024, after being postponed due to Hurricane Helene. This highly anticipated event will take place at Atlanta’s Piedmont Park, drawing thousands to support HIV/AIDS awareness and fundraising efforts.

Hosted by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), the world’s largest nonprofit HIV/AIDS healthcare organization, the festival raises over $1 million annually for 13 local HIV/AIDS service groups. This marks the second time Lil’ Kim has partnered with AHF, following her performance at the 2021 Florida AIDS Walk and Music Festival.

This year’s event will kick off at 9 AM, bringing the community together not only for the walk but also to enjoy performances and raise awareness about the impact of HIV/AIDS. Previous artists at the AIDS Walk Atlanta include Ashanti, Ludacris and Monica, but Lil’ Kim’s star power promises to make this year’s festival particularly memorable.

Dr. Felicia Ivey, AHF’s Georgia regional director, expressed excitement about the event’s return, emphasizing the importance of raising critical funds and awareness. Participants can register, create, or join a team by visiting aidswalkatlanta.org.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to support an important cause while enjoying an unforgettable performance from Lil’ Kim.
