Dr.Smith Trailblazing in the Education District Launching STEM Curriculum Schools & Pushing the bar of Educating the Youth.

Dr. Cynthia Smith also known as the ‘educated entrepreneur’ is creating the right noise in the Florida school district. A woman of high academic standards and even stronger personal goals that she is working to achieve, Dr.Smith is leaving a rewarding legacy with her work. The published author is on a book signing tour throughout the U.S. and is on the forefront teaching parents the importance of education that works.

During her earlier years after finishing high school she juggled the challenges of deciding on her career path. After initially going for a career as a CO to work in the public corrections field she landed in the school system and has since then flourished past her starting out as a school teacher. 

Her documentary gives a riveting glimpse into her astonishing career and highlights the major milestones she has accomplished as well as the challenges with balancing entrepreneurship. The documentary is an inspiring body of work that she and her team developed into a film tour. Already visiting several big cities, she has embarked on an awareness campaign highlighting the importance of educating the youth through STEM schools.When she first launched her STEM school she began in a store front location in Jacksonville, Florida and today has 3 full schools open with no plans of slowing down her work.

Dr. Cynthia Smith is the 1st Black woman to open up a private and free STEM school in Florida. Many of her peers in the education system had moving testimonies about her and her work in the documentary as well as professionals whom she has came into contact with throughout her career. She has won innovator of the year, Best Boss Award and has been featured in several TV news appearances for her work.
